Withdrawing from a Course

After students have enrolled in a course, they may withdraw from it any time prior to the last week of the five-week segment. Those who want to withdraw, must fill out the appropriate form. If students who withdraw are enrolled on-line or have received a full set of teaching audio tapes or CD’s, they are not eligible for a tuition refund because they have received the full teaching for the course. Otherwise, if students withdraw:

a.  Prior to the beginning of the course, they will receive 100% tuition refund.

b.  After the first week of the course but prior to the second week, they will receive
     80% tuition refund.

c.  After the second week of the course but prior to the third week, they will
     receive 60% tuition refund.

d. After the third week of the course but prior to the fourth week, they will receive
    40% tuition refund.

e. After the fourth week of the course but prior to the fifth week, they will receive
    20% tuition refund.

f. There is no refund after the fifth week of the course.
